Hello, my name is Xander. I'm eighteen years old. I've always struggled with writing about myself but here is my best effort.

I was born on cold, rainy day in March in Pennsylvania. I don't have much memory of my life there, since I moved to New York when I was three. I lived a pretty normal childhood, with my parents and younger brother, in our yellow house. We used to have eight cats, but now we're down to only two.

As a child, I was always creative. At first, I made fantastical inventions out of random scraps and create backstories for them. There was a lineup of "robots" that I created which I called "zingy-things." Instead of normal toys, these are what I would play with. Later on, I started to disassemble various old electronics which led me into my love for engineering and tinkering. I wondered how they worked and if I could build my own. By seven, I got several Snap Circuit kits, allowing me to start building things. When I grew tired of those, I moved onto taking extracted components from electronics to build my own. I remember building a little thing that spun a cat toy around.
